The ECD-B series of electronic condensate draining units are installed as external drains in compressed air systems used in various applications such as piston or screw air compressors, after-coolers, cyclone condensate separators, pressure vessels, air tanks and air filters. They provide completely automated discharge of condensates and other non-aggressive fluids by collecting condensate inside the collecting reservoir up to a set maximum volume (measured by the precise capacitive level sensor) and then discharge it without any air loss. These units are capable of operating at maximum pressure of up to 16 bar at temperatures from 1.5 to 65 °C and feature a 15-150 l/h drain capacity, 1/2 inlet connection, special self-cleaning direct acting valve (for reliable operation), alarm function, led indicator, test button (for manual operation) and internal strainer.
